i like to describe my style as editorial, clean and symmetrical. i don't usually shoot at a way crazy angle, unless i tripped right before i took the shot, haha. my favorite things to shoot at weddings are details, brides looking sexy, and above all else, grooms crying while dancing with their moms.
i fell in love with photography after taking my first picture with a canon digital rebel in college. i studied and studied everything i could about photography, read every book, scoured through every forum, just to learn everything i could. and the photos that always stood out to me were from weddings. i had never seen wedding photography as art until then and it totally changed my perception of how important it is to people.
i hated not knowing how photographers got their shots AND i wanted to learn sooner than later, so i enrolled at the hallmark institute of photography before i even graduated from san diego state university. so after receiving my degree in multimedia, i headed off to massachusetts to follow my newly acquired dream. i loved my experience at hallmark, i made so many amazing friends, i graduated in the top 10% of my class and i even won this nifty award for "most professional attitude and bearing."
